Can be monitored for failure. Each Furnace make and model are configure differently and may require a Furnace specific attached component.

Sewage Alarm

Can be monitored when in alarm through the use of a low voltage relay connected to the control panel.

Dock de-icer (Bubbler) 

Can be monitored for failure through the use of a low voltage relay connected to the control panel.

Water Shut off Valve

With the use of high water detectors intalled at your locaiton we can activate a plumber installed water shut off valve through the use of a low voltage relay connected to the alarm control panel.
