Panic and Medical Buttons are buttons that when pressed will generate an alarm condition. For example a medical button will generate a signal to the central station, who will in turn dispatch an ambulance.

Keyfobs have programmable outputs associated with 1 to 4 buttons. For example a 4 button keyfob can have  Stay, Away, Disarm and Panic outputs. Some keyfobs also come with a built in LED light.
